This blend of Calvados V.S.O.P. was first aged in French oak barrels in our cellar in Normandy and then further rested in ex Single Malt whisky barrels from Scottish island of Islay.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Amber yellow, glossy, copper tones.

Nose: Spicy, slightly smoky with hints of thyme and dried fruits.

Palate: Powerful palate of ripe apple, stewed fruits, then a balance between woody, smoky and sea spray notes.

Finale: Subtil spicy length.
