This calvados was first aged for 9 years in French oak barrels in our Normandy cellar and then selected by our cellar master to be kept another year in American oak barrels that had previously held an agricultural rum for 5 years, from a famous distillery in Martinique, at the foot of the Mont Pelée volcano.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Mahogany with amber highlights.

Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, cooked apple.

Palate: Vanilla, light spices, sugar cane, butterscotch.

Finale: Long and spicy.
