Colour: Deep amber.
Nose: The initial impression leads us straight to baked apple, followed by successive notes of toasted almonds and vanilla, both derived from the wood. Candied orange joins these initial sensations. Some may perceive a touch of cinnamon.
Palate: Caramelized compote aromas and toasted hazelnut opening on a final note of liquorice.
Palate: Taste of baked and caramelized apple, followed by notes of gingerbread, toast, with sensations of coffee, chocolate and caramel.
