The Cellar Master has led this Calvados to its full maturity by a series of transfers between new and old barrels. He has brought his creation to a perfect balance point so characteristic of each of our fine calvados.

Nose: Apple pie with a hint of honey, supported by fine oak notes.

Palate: Round and delicate.
