A refined Gin with a unique flavour obtained from 13 selected botanicals. In addition to the excellent juniper berries rigorously picked up in Tuscany, we also use selected botanicals that have a particular link to ART. Plants such as calamint, safflower, mignonette, rubia and indigo were in fact used for the creation of colored pigments by the most important artists of the Renaissance.

We use all of these and then add wild celery, lavender, hibiscus, elderflower, pine buds, mountain pine and pine needles to create a totally original, wonderfully clean and complex gin, suitable for the great classics of mixology. Three levels of distillation and a traditional light filtration allow each component to express aroma and quality to the full giving Ginarte its special character.
