Cocktail Suggestions

Mojito

50 ml Belizean Blue Silver rum
20 ml lime juice
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
8-10 mint spring

Muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a small jug and pour into a tall glass and add a handful of ice. Pour over the Belizean Blue Silver rum, stir with a spoon. Top up with soda water. garnish with mint.

Diaquiri

60 ml Belizean Blue Silver
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup (2:1)

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Cuba Libre

50 ml Belizean Blue Silver rum
100 ml cola
2 lime wedges
Ice cubes

Fill a long glass with plenty of ice. Squeeze 2 lime wedges into the glass. Pour in Belizean Blue Silver rum, top up with cola and stir gently. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
